Team Formation
WSA forms teams using a blind draft system. At the Coach Meeting, you will receive your team roster. If you have a child playing, we will automatically add your child to your team.

Uniforms
For 4U-6U, you will choose the color but WSA will order the uniforms. For 7U and older, you can order from anywhere you'd like or even just do shirts of all the same color. All jerseys must have a number adhered to the back.
We suggest ordering from Score Sports.
Fields
All 4U-6U games will be played at the Waxahachie Sports Complex. For 7U and older, please see your game schedule for which city you will be playing in.

Meetings
We will hold several meetings each season that you need to attend, the coach meeting prior to the season starting, the coaching 101 clinic (only if you are a new-to-WSA head coach) and the end of season meeting. Please see our calendar for dates.

Team Pictures
WSA will set up a picture day for your team. You will be able to choose a picture time that best suits your teams game schedule that day.

Practices
If you are a returning team with returning players, you can start practices whenever you'd like. For new teams, please begin the week that you receive your roster.
All practices need to take place in Waxahachie. You will choose when and where your practices take place.
Schedules
All game schedules are completed by a third party and we cannot control when they are released. We typically receive them the Monday prior to the first game.

Identity
As coach you get to choose your team name, color and uniforms! Please submit this information by the required date, if we do not receive it on time, we will choose these items for you.
